Yes. Your members’ data is protected on several levels at Steady:
Encrypted transmission: All communication between browsers and Steady servers is SSL-encrypted (recognisable by the https:// in the URL).
Servers in Germany: Steady’s servers are located in an ISO 27001-certified data centre in Germany – more in “Where are Steady’s servers located?”.
Payment data: Bank details and card numbers are not processed by Steady itself but by certified payment providers (PayPal, GoCardless for direct debit, Braintree for credit cards).
GDPR: As a German company, Steady is subject to the European General Data Protection Regulation. Details are in the privacy policy.
