If you want to send something to your members in the mail, like a postcard as a thank-you or something you have promised as a member benefit, you can request their shipping address when they sign up for membership.
This can be set up on a per plan basis. To do this, select the relevant membership plan in your Steady backend, click "Edit" and then select "Ask for shipping address".
