If you get an error message when paying, please check the following:

  • For credit card payments, JavaScript has to be enabled in your browser. If you want to enable JavaScript only for specific connections, you should allow a connection to Braintree. Braintree is Steady's payment service provider for credit card payments.

  • Cookies should be enabled for the domain www.steadyHQ.com.

Get help with the error message saying we couldn't determine your location.
