You can link your Steady and Spotify accounts to get access to exclusive episodes for podcasts you support with a membership without leaving the app. Here's how.

If you are having trouble connecting the two accounts, here's what you can do:

The most common reason for connection issues is that there is already a link between your Steady and Spotify accounts. A Spotify account can only be linked to a single Steady account, and vice versa. Sometimes, your account might also be linked to a previously deleted account.

If this is the case, you may receive an error message or the connection may simply not work.

To resolve this issue, the first step is to log in to your Steady account, go to the "Connected accounts" page and check whether you have already linked your Spotify account. If there is an existing link, you will need to remove it before attempting to connect again.

Next, log in to your Spotify account via their Content Access website. Once you are logged in, you can remove the link and then try connecting your accounts again.

If you continue to experience issues after removing the link, please reach out to our support team for further assistance. We will be happy to help you get your Steady and Spotify accounts connected so you can start enjoying all of your exclusive content!
