Try to push annual gift memberships a bit more, this has the double benefit of both securing your income for a 12-month period, while also reducing your transaction costs, which are considerably less for a one-time annual payment than for 12 monthly payments.
There’s no need to make gift memberships extra flashy by offering physical goods that need to be shipped. In our experience, this can lead to a lot of extra work.
