On the subscribers page in your Steady backend, click on the "import subscribers" button.
If you don't see this button, please reach out to support@steadyhq.com. This feature is not available to all users.
On the import page, you will have to:
Confirm that you have obtained an explicit opt-in from all contacts to be added to my subscriber list.
Upload a CSV file with your subscribers. This CSV file should contain only two columns
email
opted_in_at date
you can use this CSV:
example subscriber import CSV with semicolon separator.csv
choose semicolon as the separator if using the example file or the appropriate separator
tell us what the email column is called on the CSV (if using the example CSV: "email")
tell us what the optd-in at date column is called on the CSV (if using the example CSV: "opted_in_at")
If everything goes well, you will get an email listing the successful imports and the errors with the import.
Please note that our newsletter subscribers currently only have an email address. We do not collect or store a first or last name or any other information for newsletter subscribers.
