Steady is the platform that independent publications use to run their memberships and take payments — so if a publication you support charges you through Steady, or you want to log in, manage or cancel a membership, you’re in the right place.
Already a member? Manage everything in your account
Log in to your Steady account and open My Memberships. From there you can:
see which publication is charging you, and when;
update your payment method;
find and download your invoices;
cancel a membership.
Charged by Steady and don’t recognise it? A payment from Steady is a membership with a publication you support — Steady handles the payment on their behalf, which is why our name is on your statement. Logging in shows you exactly which one. If you still can’t place it, email support@steadyhq.com and we’ll help you identify it.
Can’t log in? You don’t need a password — enter your email on the login page and we’ll send you a 6-digit login code. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder for “Steady”. Still stuck? Email support@steadyhq.com.

Becoming a member means paying a recurring amount to a publication you value. In return you get benefits like exclusive content, a look behind the scenes or early access, depending on the publication.
