You find all invoices for your memberships after logging in under Account → Invoices. The most recent one is at the top – click the download icon to save it as a PDF.
Invoice for a cancelled membership
Your invoices remain available after a cancellation: simply log in as usual – you can still sign in even when no membership is active. Tip: download all invoices before you delete your Steady account.
Changing your billing address, company name or VAT ID
You manage your billing details under Account → Billing address. You can also add a company name there if the membership is a business expense.
Important: changes apply to future invoices. We cannot change invoices that have already been issued – so enter your complete details before the next renewal. If you need an already issued invoice corrected, write to us at support@steadyhq.com.
Several memberships
If you support several publications, each membership gets its own invoice – there is no combined invoice across publications. The overview shows which publication each invoice belongs to.
Is VAT shown?
Yes. The invoice shows the VAT included – plan prices on Steady are always gross prices. Background: How does Steady handle value-added tax (VAT)?
Common questions
I see a charge but no matching invoice. It may belong to another Steady account under a different email address. How to find out: I have a charge from Steady on my bank statement – what’s that all about?
Do I get a donation receipt? No – memberships are VAT-liable services, not donations: more on this
